Rocks = ice; neat = no ice. The whiskey question.

Friendly “on it!” while you pour.

The sacred closing-time announcement.
Do you want to close out your tab?
The natural end of the night.

Tip: Tips are the job: a warm "Thanks so much!" genuinely raises them. Friendliness in English is a professional skill behind the bar.
