A group of tourists, all eyes on you — a guide's English has to flow. These phrases cover the whole tour: welcoming, guiding, presenting and regrouping. Practice them out loud before your next tour.

“Feel free to…” invites anything politely.

Tip: Numbers are the danger zone: "thirteen" vs "thirty". Show times on your fingers and repeat — "Three o'clock. Three." Tourists who catch the time come back.
