How to Check In at a Hotel in English

"Under" + your last name tells them whose name the booking is in.

What's the Wi-Fi password?
Usually everyone's first question at the hotel.
Could I have a late check-out?
"Late check-out" = leaving later than the normal time. Always worth asking.
The air conditioning isn't working.
The pattern for reporting any room problem: "... isn't working."

Tip: Watch out for "reservation" vs "reserve": the noun in English is "reservation." Say "I have a reservation," never "I have a reserve" — that one sounds wrong to a native speaker.
