- Keep your back straight.“Keep your…” is the form-correction formula.
- Breathe out on the effort.Out on effort, in on release.
- One more rep — you've got this!The #1 motivation line in any gym.
- Rest for thirty seconds.You'll say this more than anything else.
- How does that weight feel?Adjusts the load — expect heavy/light/just right.
- Great job today — same time on Thursday?Praise + rebooking in one line.
Tip: "Work out" (two words) is the verb; "workout" (one word) is the noun: "I work out" but "a great workout".
